ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. SHIPPING: 1-5 items $6.00 flat rate - add'l items $1.25 each
2. Products will be delivered within 10 days of receipt of order.
3. We cannot ship tobacco products outside the United States. This includes Canada and Puerto Rico.
4. Orders placed on weekends will be delayed. We ship our products fresh daily Monday through Friday.
5. Order cannot exceed $800.00 including shipping. Orders must be shipped to the address on the checking account used for purchase - no exceptions!
6. Any product that is returned for exchange or refund MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT to:

We accept returns of FULL CARTONS or BOXES only.
7. On Checkout, you will be asked for customer name, the bank name, checking account number and bank routing number.
ROUTING NUMBER: Bottom left corner - 9-digit number
BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER: Right after routing number 6-15 digits.
